Shepherds Bush Market.

Crafted a new strategic business plan and currently acting as asset manager and site operations team for implementing the changes alongside a comprehensive redevelopment of the adjacent site.

Banana Block.

Strategic and operational design advice to assist in the opening of a living museum and multi-use venue in Belfast.

Steen & Strom.

Developed an ESG strategy for the department store and surrounding retail assets in Oslo and helped train the site team on implementation as well as ongoing governance.


Southside Masterplan.

Underwrote a new phasing and financing plan to reposition the current shopping centre into a mixed-use masterplan with 2,000 homes, 250,000 square feet of retail and uncovering of the River Wandle.

West 12 Masterplan.

Re-evaluated the potential for developing the current shopping centre into a mixed use masterplan with 1,700 homes and 200,000 square feet of retail.

Outlet Development Strategy.

Developed a portfolio wide development strategy for capex investment to refresh centres and improve 3 of the UK’s top 10 outlets in Gunwharf Quays, Braintree and Clarks.


Masterplanning.

Lead professional team alongside Gort Scott architects to design and value engineer the layouts of a future North London neighborhood including 8,000+ homes and 3,000,000 square feet of commercial space.

Infrastructure Funding.

Worked alongside Homes England to develop a Strategic Business Case to apply for £1 billion in infrastrcutrue gap funding to enable delivery of the masterplan.

Master planned campus with over 200,000 square feet of total developable area including 417 coliving units, artist studios, workspace, food lab and workshops. Half regeneration and half new build.
