Guanacaste sunsets, huge moons, hammocks and pura vida.

I arrived at Pachamama alone and spent eight weeks going inward surrounded by a group of people that have utterly shifted the way I experience my body and engage with my spirituality. The search has shifted and I could not be more grateful for my time in this truly magical place.

Living in a tent in the jungle for two months was a shift in perspective I could have gotten no other way.

The nights, mainly consisting of alone time with the stars, the moon and the animal sounds were tremendously comforting. A peace washed over me that has stayed the course.

Music was a big part of my experience of this place, from ceremony to jams and nights of sharing the vibrations with friends. I found a new way to experience the joy I have always known from music.
